Epson doesn't recognize cartridges - solution of the problem

First of all you need to identify the problem.

It can be in the chips (usу a new one, known-good), in CSIC in the board.

When you turn on the printer the indicator inform you that there's no cartridge or ink. When you push the button on the indicator the printer will show you that there's no cartridge even if you have them. Remove one of them and push the button again, the carriage should come to its original position, but the indicator will lights. Push once more, this time the printer show you that there's no cartridge that you removed. In other words, when you've all cartridges in the printer it does not see them all. In other hand, when there's no just one cartridge, the printer indicates it.

The reason can be in the fuse, it might burn.

Flooded with ink the print head, the moisture in the electronic part or burned print head. The voltage racing, pulling out the power cord when the printer still work, deformation or contamination of the contacts, pulling out the ribbon cable. In this situation burn the the fuse in the board.

If the fuse burned you don't need to throw a bridge and immediately start the printer.

You need to find the reason of the voltage racing and fix the problem.

Instead the fuse you can put the jumper ot 100 ohm-planar fuse.

Instead of transistors you can put their analogues. But I wasn't able to achieve the steady operation that's why i use the originals. You can buy it here

A fuse is intact, replacement is not necessary at all. If your multimeter shows you the value 1 as it was with the previous printer (Figure 1) then you need to replace the fuse.
