First step:
Try on the printer in the forcing mode. If you managed to enter – upgrade it with the original firmware. After that, try to find out the reason of your problem or look for a new fix or upgrade with the old one, if you are absolutely sure that the fix is operable.

If the printer doesn’t enter to the forced mode or refuse to upgrade through it, then help you the Debug plug on the printer.
