FixPrinter is an independent third-party technical support provider offering phone-based printer help to US homes and small offices. This policy explains what limited information we collect when you call us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep our data practices deliberately minimal.
Information we collect
Because there is no form, chatbot, or email capture anywhere on this website, we do not collect any personal information through the site itself. When you call our support line, a technician may record a short service record containing:
- Your name
- The phone number you called from
- The printer make and model
- A brief note describing the issue and what was done to resolve it
How we use this information
We use your service record solely to provide support, to reference prior work if you call back, and to keep basic records of the services we perform. We do not browse your files, copy anything off your machine, or monitor your device after the call ends.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with marketers, advertisers, or lead brokers.
- We do not contact you first — we only speak with you when you call us.
- We do not use tracking that ties your identity to your browsing on this site.
Payment information
When you pay for a resolved issue, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Data retention
We keep service records only as long as reasonably needed to support you and to meet ordinary business and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your service record by calling our support line.
Your choices
